This website is owned and operated by Klexis Hypnotherapy.
All services offered are professional hypnotherapy sessions intended for relaxation, personal growth, and wellness.
Hypnotherapy is not a substitute for medical or psychological care. If you have a medical or mental health condition, please consult a licensed healthcare provider.

Use of This Website

You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only.
You may not attempt to harm, disrupt, or misuse the website in any way.
You agree not to post, upload, or transmit any content that is hateful, threatening, or harassing. This includes language or behavior that bullies, demeans, or promotes discrimination or violence against individuals or groups based on characteristics such as race, ethnicity, religion, national origin, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or age.

Appointments & Payments

All appointments must be scheduled in advance.
Payment must be in full at the time of booking.
For cancellations of less than 24 hours, we will retain 50% deposit fee.
Missed or canceled sessions are subject to the cancellation policy.

Cancellation Policy

Session time is especially set aside for you, respectfully and conscientious of its worth. Life does happen and sometimes plans need to shift. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice, and the session can be moved to a new time.

When sessions are cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed altogether, a 50% deposit fee will be charged. This is simply because that time was reserved for you, and it cannot be offered to someone else on such short notice. Thank you for your consideration.

No Guarantees

Each client is unique, and results may vary. While hypnotherapy can be effective, no specific outcome is guaranteed.

Limitation of Liability

By using this website or booking a session, you agree that Klexis Hypnotherapy is not responsible for any direct or indirect results of the services provided.

Refund Policy

At Klexis Hypnoterapy, we value the time and commitment of every session and abide by the following payment and refund policy.

Payment is expected in full at booking time.
Cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice are eligible for a full refund or may be credited toward a future session.
A 50% deposit fee will charged for cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice and missed appointments (“no-shows”). The remaining amount to be refunded will be processed in 5 to 10 days.
Pre-paid packages and programs are non-refundable once begun, though unused sessions may be rescheduled within an agreed timeframe.
In the case of unforeseen emergencies, exceptions may be considered at the practice’s discretion.
Klexis Hypnotherapy reserves the right to reschedule sessions in the event of illness or other unexpected circumstances. If this occurs, clients may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund for the affected session.
